After my last company Workstream.io, I had for the first time, after nearly 20 years in tech as a founder, operator and executive, the opportunity to pause and reflect on everything I'd learned.
I started writing on Substack to pay forward my lessons and serve others. Over time, founders began reaching out to hear more, share what was happening in their business, and get my perspective.
I found myself incredibly passionate about serving other Founder/CEOs, helping them avoid my mistakes, build amazing businesses, and navigate the huge sacrifices the journey demands of us.
Today I am co-founder of Not Another CEO, the #1 place for CEOs to grow themselves and their companies. I spend my days serving our 35K subscribers, leading our 500-member Founder/CEO Club, and working directly with CEOs as a coach.
